You mention you think you'll hear something from Haven about Fair games? Not everything they becomes a commercial success but their games are all lovingly crafted big swings and I tend to enjoy their work quite a bit. Gotta admit, it’s looking like a game per month for me this year and I’m loving that. If they cant make new games then at least let others remaster games like killzone2/3 abd infamous 1/2. I know there are a ton of games coming out but what I like is limited to basically JRPG and 3D platformers.

It’s incredible that Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergarde plays so well on the Nintendo Switch 2.… It does feel like it’s in search of an identity of its own at times, and it’s unlikely to develop the reputation that Ocarina of Time has for that reason, but Code Vein II has a lot going for it. A quality narrative, fluid combat and an excellent, Ocarina of Time-like approach to progression combine in a way that makes it very hard to put the controller down. There are other soulslikes that have a dual-world mechanic – such as Lords of the Fallen – but never handled with the intricacy of this, and the 100-year gap between the two time periods allows playstation for the developers to give you two different looks at the same world. What saves it and gives it its identity is that time travel mechanic, which is the most ambitious effort at it we’ve seen since Ocarina of Time. We’ve also seen this approach to anime character design plenty of times.
